To properly track your game progress and provide accurate data, it is necessary for you to play several game sessions after linking your account to Plink. This allows our system to gather the necessary information and ensure the tracking is working correctly. 


You also need to ensure the status on your gaiming platform is set to "Online", and all items are enabled in the Privacy settings:


  • For PlayStation you can do that through the official PSN website.
  • For Xbox you can do that through the official XBOX website. Make sure that "Others can see if you're online" and "Others can see your game and app history" properties are set to "Everyone". 
  • For Steam, open your profile and click "Edit Profile" -> Go to "Privacy Settings" and make it public to everyone.
  • For Origin, open your profile and click "edit on EA.com" -> Go to "Privacy Settings" and make it public to everyone.


After you have changed these settings, please, re-link your gaming platform to PLINK and play several game sessions.
