Cancel Subscription 


In case you want to stop auto-renewal of your package, you need to cancel the subscription from your side. 


Here are the instructions for cancellation on every platform you created you subscription through: 


  • Android device (video tutorial link)
    1. Open the Google Play Store and go to the side menu.
    2. Select Subscriptions.
    3. Find PLINK Subscription and click Cancel Subscription.
    4. Choose the reason for canceling, and it will be completed.
  • iOS device (video tutorial link)
    1. Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store.
    2. Tap your Apple ID at the top, then select Subscriptions.
    3. Find the subscription and click Cancel Subscription.
